Being a full time working mom and focusing mainly on healthy eating and fitness down the line I have neglected my home a bit these past few weeks. It needs a deep clean totally from the fans to the baseboards each and every room. So I am debating to take the whole day on Sunday to either deep clean myself or get a cleaning service. I even discussed with the hubby and he voted for the cleaning service. I too think its a good thing so I can rest while they clean and have a nice sparkling home with out any effort.
So coming to fitness I did put together a workout which focuses on the abs and shoulders. I warmed up on the elliptical for 10 mins and also did couple of burpees, jumping jacks at the end for the sake of my daughter. That girl loves burpees, and insists always to do when I am working out.
For this workout I have used 10lb dumbells (Need to buy heavy weights soon). You can use 15lbs too. If 5 rounds seems too much just do how many your comfortable with.
