Its mid of the week and of course short work week for me.
I am trying to eat clean as much as possible on the week days. I mostly have a cheat meal on the weekends. So today’s eats are mostly on the clean eats. Lets have a look at them.
Two slices of my clean eating banana bread and coffee. I drink coffee only once in the morning and always have it pretty strong.
I had lot of work yesterday so skipped the mid morning snack and had the lunch.
Its broken wheat with ridge gourd curry made with curry powder.
I am loving the Chobani flips, these are perfect mid afternoon snacks or even dessert too and they keep me full till the evening.
Every alternate week I prepare dosa/idli batter which is sufficient for a whole week. My daughter loves the mini idlis especially when they are smothered in ghee with sugar. So yesterday night I prepares some dosas with home made peanut coconut chutney.
I was so full after the dinner but I make sure to have some thing sweet to eat before I sleep. I had couple of dark chocolate covered acai berries.
