Its Friday !!! Denver and its surroundings are hit by severe storm and its raining pretty bad for the past 48 hours and supposed to be the same till Monday morning. There is severe flooding in lots of places too. Stay at home and be safe everyone.
So its time for another Fitness Friday post. This workout mostly focuses on Arms and some cardio is involved too.
*Note: Please warm up for 2 minutes before starting the workout and don’t forget to stretch at the end.
