Are you celebrating today?? I may or may not have a donut later in the day today.
I have been pretty bad in posting posts on Friday regarding the regular workouts. Currently as the weather is pretty good I am walking/jogging/running daily to keep up with my goal of 1 mile per day in Summer.
Yesterday it was pretty cloudy with hails and thunderstorms. So I put together a quick workout – Full Body Circuit which can be done any where . Also it requires no equipment, so perfect for those busy moms.
Note: Please modify the workouts if they are challenging. Also checkout youtube to know the correct form/posture for the workouts.
Any fun plans this weekend?? I need to work tomorrow and do some cleaning, food prep, meal planning. Not so fun weekend for me.
