Marvelous is the weather in Denver this weekend. Its in upper 60’s and just perfect to dress up and get to meet all of the friends at a birthday party.
Marvelous is to enjoy delicious and healthy meals and smoothies.
Marvelous is to be active the whole week. I am currently doing workouts which are high intensity and under 30 mins as I have been so busy lately both at work and home. But making working out a priority is always better.
Now to the Weekly Meal Plan.
Monday: Spinach Soup / Roti, Mixed Vegetable Curry
Tuesday: Cabbage Curry with Quinoa / Dosa, Chutney
Wednesday: Dosakaya Dal with Broken Wheat / Salad with grilled vegetables
Thursday: Bottle Gourd Curry with Quinoa / Veggie pasta
Friday : Veggie Wraps / Idli , Sambhar
Monday : Cardio & Abs
Tuesday: Lower Body
Wednesday : Zumba
Thursday: Upper Body
Friday: HIIT On Elliptical
Saturday : Full Body Workout
Sunday : Rest Day
