Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!! I am so happy to be back and connecting with all of you. I had a much needed break prioritizing things both at work and on personal front.
This weekend was great. Cleaned the home, did loads of shopping, grocery shopping, had friends over for lunch and watched couple of movies.
So lets look at my meals and workouts for this week.
Monday: Sandwich / Tindora curry, quinoa
Tuesday: Methi Paratha / Idli, chutney
Wednesday: Bottlegourd Curry, Broken Wheat / Quinoa Veggie Bowl
Thursday: Quinoa Veggie Bowl / Dosa, chutney
Friday: Off to Seattle !!!
I am leaving to Seattle on Thursday night to meet my besties after long time( its been couple of years) and I am beyond excited for this trip.
Monday : Interval Training on Elliptical & Toned Arms Workout
Tuesday : Fit Tuesday Workout
Wednesday: Zumba & Legs-Abs Workout
Thursday: Cardio & Toned Up Thursday Workout
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – Off
