Hello All , How are you doing today ??
Friday night was a low key with home made grilled paninis and watching some old tv shows. ( Sorry forgot to snap a picture).
Saturday morning was busy as usual in cleaning, preparing lunch. In the afternoon I worked for couple of hours. Night we decided to try French Cuisine first time at Mimi’s Cafe.
We started with drinks I got my usual Strawberry Lemonade and Bread. Its awesome and so soft. I loved the Chocolate Bread with Walnuts, cherry and dash of cinnamon.(Saved it for later as dessert).
I was so disappointed after looking at the menu, there were hardly any vegetarian dishes.
Had Artichoke Fritte for appetizer with some refreshing lemon basil aioli.
For entree I had the only vegetarian option left i.e. Multi grain croissant with veggies and a Caesar Salad.
Overall I was a little bit disappointed.
Sunday morning I prepared lunch early which included baked bhature and spicy chole. Authentic punjabi meal which I am craving for so long. In the afternoon got a much needed hair cut. Spent the rest of the evening doing laundry, ironing clothes, watching oscars, grocery shopping and meal prepping.
Now to look at my meal plan for this week
Monday : Beans Curry with Broken Wheat / Healthy Baked Eggplant Parmesan
Tuesday: Ridge gourd curry, quinoa / Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chilli with Sweet Potatoes
Wednesday: Leftovers / Roti, Chole
Thursday: Eggplant cilantro curry , broken wheat / Dosa, chutney
Friday: Cabbage Peas Curry, Broken Wheat / Quinoa Veggie Bowl
As I mentioned in my previous post on Weekly Workouts, I will post them on Mondays so I have a schedule to look up for the week and also makes my days easy instead of looking for different workouts.
Weekly Workouts : 03/03 – 03/09
Monday : HIIT and Steady
Thursday: Walk around neighborhood
Friday: WSU Workout 1
Saturday: Pilates & Plank Burn Circuit
