Here are my eats from yesterday.
Breakfast: Unpictured coffee and my favorite breakfast, greek yogurt with blue berries, flax seed and dash of honey. I literally lick the bowl at the end and I can never get bored of this.
Lunch: Broken wheat with Spinach Dal. This dal was super yummy.
Snack: An apple with some almond butter. This was my pre workout snack.
Dinner: Before doing the workout, I just sauteed some frozen mixed veggies with whole spices and added to the basmati rice , put them together in the rice cooker. Hubby made the spicy Egg Masala. It was super delicious.
Dessert : Unpictured banana chocolate oatmeal cookie ( will post the recipe tomorrow).
Whats your favorite way to eat eggs?? I love scrambled eggs, frittata and spicy egg curry.
