The Winter Shape Up was completed last Sunday. I loved it because I got to change my workout routine. There was a facebook group with all the participants. The group was amazing, they all motivated and encouraged the participants. Since its only for 4 weeks I decided to repeat it for the next 4 weeks, starting this week.
Whenever I am not participating any challenge, I just pick random workouts from my blog or pinterest or blogs and do it. Rather than following this I would like to include them in my weekly workouts schedule, which not only helps me in trying out different workouts and plan them way in advance.
Monday : Interval Training on Elliptical
Tuesday : Week 1 Workout of WSU
Wednesday : Zumba
Thursday : Week1 Workout of WSU
Friday : Strength Training Workout
Saturday : Pilates
Sunday : Off
Hopefully I will post my weekly workouts with my meal plan on Monday’s ( I didnt this week 🙁 ) so you can use it as a guide for your weekly workouts.
