Happy Friday !!!! We had a surprise visitor this morning ,… any guesses??? It’s the snow , first snow of the season. Colorado do receive snow fall mostly in the late second week of October, this year its a little early not that I am complaining. I love snow, the cold mornings watching it with hot piping cup of coffee. Awww.. This is just for a couple of hours as the temps are back to 70’s this weekend. So its just a nice change.
Now on to the Fitness Friday post.
Its a strength training workout, which is great to lose body fat and build muscle. I used to hate weights before and now I love them.
*Note: Please warm up for 2 minutes before starting the workout and don’t forget to stretch at the end
