Happy Friday. Fall is here with crisp mornings and chilly evenings. Officially Fall starts on Sunday but we already experiencing the cooler temps in Denver. I am yet to have my Pumpkin Spice Latte and hopefully this weekend in between my long list of shopping. Yes I have a lots of shopping to do for my upcoming vacation in October.
Its time for another Fitness post. Today I have another Full Body Workout. This can be done anywhere even on vacation with no equipment as it uses your own body weight.
*Note: Please warm up for 2 minutes before starting the workout and don’t forget to stretch at the end
