Happy Wednesday !! Its time for another post on What I Ate Wednesday.
Today is the official start of the Summer Shred started by Bobbi of N her Shoes. Most of the participants have started clean eating and workouts from Monday. As I completed my grocery shopping during the weekend I too have started eating clean from Monday.
Breakfast was quick oats with unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, flax seed, dash of honey and few blue berries.
For Lunch I had mixed greens with grilled zucchini and bell pepper with a drizzle of italian dressing.
Snacks included handful of raw almonds, a pear and apple.
I had pretty bad headache in the evening, so had a cup of coffee after coming from work.(which is unpictured 🙂 )
All the members of the Shred are asked to use MyFitnessPal to track food and exercises to be on track. By evening I still have more than 600 calories to be consumed, so decided to prepare a heavy meal.
Dinner was broken wheat( for me, rice for smriti and hubby), egg burji and moong dal (yellow lentils).
