Welcome to my second week of What I Ate Wednesday(WIAW). WIAW is hosted by Jenn @ Peas and Crayons. After my first post on WIAW I have been conscious in the food I eat and also the portions. Also I have been trying to cut on junk food this whole week.
Greek yogurt with cinnamon, flaxseed, honey, blueberries and low fat granola. It looks huge and it kept me full till lunch. I am in love with Greek Yogurt bowls .

Yesterday we had Spring Storm which resulted in snow and heavy winds. As the weather was cold I wanted to have my favorite Starbucks Coffee “Skinny Mocha”. Also I had Kashi Dark Mocha Almond. I love this bar from Kashi.
We had Vegetable Quesadilla. I adapted the recipe from PickyEater blog. It was very filling and tasted awesome. Even my daughter liked it. I am a happy momma 🙂
I am on track with my workouts and halfway through the 30 Day Shred. Initially I hated the level 2 but now being on Day 6 I am kinda liking it. Also yesterday was the Triceps Tuesday of #AprilArmsChallenge and the crab walks killed me. I could feel pain in my triceps and shoulders today morning. Also I could see some muscle build in my arms which hasn’t happened in a long while.
