I was feeling a bit lazy today as its being Sunday and Easter too. So I skipped the workout in the morning, Skype with my parents, in laws, met friends, had lunch at Olive Garden and got to go too for dinner. It was all perfect till 8 pm when I am still stuffed with the lunch and thinking to skip dinner and cursing myself for not getting the workout done. Then I thought to do the 30 Day Shred without the watching the video just by my remembrance and 30 minutes later I did it and burned 245 Calories. It wasn’t hard at all and as I am nearing the end of level 1 the exercises seems pretty easy now.
Tomorrow I start the 30 Day April Arms Challenge and I am pretty excited too. Have a great week you all.
