A little late in posting my update on the 30 Day Shred. Normally I do it in the evenings, as I am a bit lazy to wake up a little early :P. But being Saturday decided to do in the morning, So I can spend the rest of the evening with friends and family.
Yesterday and today the workout felt pretty easy. I did zumba for couple of minutes after the 30 Day Shred and it was pretty easy too.
I am planning to make Roasted Veggies with Penne Pasta tonight, and will post the recipe soon. This was my go to recipe as its has lots of veggies and pretty easy to make too.
