On the Day 4 of the 30 Day Shred I was feeling comfortable in doing the exercises and the 30 minutes seemed to go by so fast. I have a feeling that the next 6 days of Level 1 will be easy too (if I don’t take any rest days in between). I forgot to take any measurements of my body before starting 30 Day Shred, so I will be taking them during weekend as from Monday I will be starting the 30 Day April Arms Challenge. Yesterday I have burned around 255 Calories and 25% body fat. My goal is to daily increase the calories burned.
I don’t have any plans laid out for the weekend except having friends over on Saturday for dinner and may be some shopping for Spring :P.
