Yesterday’s workout was much better than Day 2. My legs and thighs were pretty sore and first set of Jumping Jacks were very hard to do. But slowly I could able to do all the exercises and I felt much better. At the end of the workout my body is in the Fat Burn mode which is awesome and I burned 255 Calories and 29% body fat. The body fat percentage is increasing daily and I am very happy, hoping soon I could see some muscle formation and to lose as much as body fat as possible.
Its been a long time I have posted any recipes on the blog and I have many in my drafts. Its my laziness to edit the pictures and post them, but I promise by the end of the weekend I will have some recipes on the blog.
