I was so proud of myself that I have completed Day 2 of 30 Day Shred in spite of being sore from the first day workout. I did better than the first day and also improved a little on the modified pushups part. I have used the Polar FT40 and at the end of the workout it showed that my body is in Fat Burn mode. So I did few more Jumping Jacks and crunches. For a total of 30 minutes I burned 250 Calories and 22% body fat. Today morning when I woke up I am unable to move my arms, legs but the pain so worth it.
After watching Mea of Vota Vita Mea perform 30 Day Shred and her amazing transformation and determination I too decided to complete 30 Day Shred and blog everyday if possible or blog about my progress on the blog.
