Happy Tuesday y’all. One of my goals for this month is to be organized and plan ahead the weekly meals. Yesterday evening after coming from work while preparing dinner I have prepared the meal plan for the rest of the week.
Meal Plan for 03/05/2013 – 03/10/2013
|Tuesday – 3/5/2013||Veggie Soup||Enchilada|
|Wednesday – 3/6/2013||Eggplant Curry with broken wheat||Cabbage Masala with Roti|
|Thursday – 3/7/2013||Green Papaya Curry with broken wheat||Dosa with chutney|
|Friday – 3/8/2013||Vegetable Rice||Roti and Corn Curry|
|Saturday – 3/9/2013||Vegetable Sambhar with Rice/Broken Wheat||Pasta|
|Sunday – 3/10/2013||Leftovers??||Salad??|
I feel so relieved after I made the weekly meal plan. Coming to yesterday’s fitness I mentioned in the last post I would be doing LiveFit Trainer, but due to sudden snow fall I was confined to home and decided to do Zumba instead.
I did 30 minutes of Zumba Wii and burned about 193 calories. Not bad huh.
Today morning I had an awesome Smoothie to start my day.
Strawberry – Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4cup blue berries
1/4 cup almond milk
1tsp flax seed
1tbsp maple syrup.
Blend all the ingredients together for an yummy smoothie.
