Day 4 of the Blogging Challenge is about “Relaxation”. Different ways of relaxation for me are :
1. Yoga / Meditation
I like to meditate and do yoga for relaxation. It relaxes both my body and my mind.
2. Go a for a walk / workout
The cool breeze in the morning / evening when I go for a walk , is one of the best ways to relax. My mind clears up and I feel refreshed.
3. Play with my daughter S
The most productive relaxation is to spend quality time with my daughter and to play with her
4. Music / Reading
Listen to light music, reading and take a nap are the other ways of relaxation for me.
