I started to exercise and do yoga in 2008 when due to irregular eating habits I was pretty skinny and started showing on my health. Hence I started eating healthy and exercising. Now after 5 years I still do exercise and try to fit in different workouts.
I did the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels in December 2012 and currently I am doing the LiveFit Trainer by Jamie Eason.
Once I am done with the LiveFit Trainer I am going to train for the Color Run in June 2013.
I would be doing exercise daily for Loving my health in some or the other form.
