I have completed Week 1 Phase 1 of LiveFit Trainer. I was supposed to complete this a week before, but I had a very rough week on personal front and couldn’t complete. So on last Monday I have again started the Week 1 and completed it .
My apartment gym doesn’t have all the equipment necessary for few of the exercises so I have made my own improvisations. I felt good after completion. Coming to diet I haven’t been following it to the exact but making some healthy choices. I haven’t taken any measurements, planning to do at the end of Week 2. So fingers crossed to see if any inches lost .
Are any of you too trying the LiveFit Trainer? So what’s your experience?
