I have been continuously doing the shred for the past few days, just couldn’t find time to post on the blog. Also sorry for not posting the recipe of the pumpkin fried rice, will do tonight. Apart from the shred I am making sure to get some cardio and weight training for about 30 mins daily.

4.http://kthadani.com/: Khusboo, previously resident of UK and now settled in Mumbai, India blogs about her journey through weight loss and healthy eating. She also have some workouts listed on her blog.
So just go through these blogs for any new ideas of healthy eats, workouts routines etc. Any plans for Thanksgiving? I am meeting friends for lunch and dinner, catching up, shopping and may be go to some near by places. Overall seems to be a fun and happy holidays. Should see how it goes.
