After doing some chores, we had an awesome lunch made by hubby dear, Pumpkin Fried Rice with Potato Gravy Masala. I was skeptical at first hearing about Pumpkin Fried rice, but trust me it was delicious. The Potato gravy spice is perfect for the Pumpkin fried rice which is a bit sweet.
Also I did 10 mins of interval training on treadmill and 20 mins interval training on Elliptical. Overall it was a great Saturday. Tomorrow I am thinking to wake up early and then do some early morning workouts. Should see how it goes. Hows your weekend going on?
