Today morning was the second day of the 30 Day Shred. My body was all sore from the first day shred and I was barely standing. But was determined to complete and trust me it isn’t easy. Still each and every part of my body is aching while I am typing this.
Yesterday I did about 15 mins of Zumba ( because of the sore ). Will try to do some treadmill today as I feel I am lacking regular amount of cardio my body needs. Also I have taken the measurements of my body and will see if I would lose any inches after the level 1. So how’s your Thursday?
