So as promised I have started the first day of the 30 Day Shred. It’s a 20 min workout with 3 6 min circuit training and 1 min warm up and 1 min cool down. In the start it was good, as it was fresh but I should say at the end I was totally exhausted, sweating. My god its pretty good. I did most of the workouts in beginner level. While I am typing this my whole body is aching. They say its gets worse the second and third day.
To fuel me up I had coffee with skim milk and 3 whole wheat light bread with 1 tbsp of almond butter. According to Jillian during the 30 day shred one needs to drinks lots and lots of water.
OK then, will update again in the night about my food intake and planning to do some cardio in the gym.
