Hows your Diwali? I had a great time minus the noise and the crackers. Mom made Vada and Dahi vada and it was pretty awesome. Had it after almost an year. I couldn’t get any workout done today being the festival. But I got the 30 Day Shred DVD of Jillian Michaels and decided to start from tomorrow and do it for the next 30 days with some rest days in between. I will update the progress daily about my experience of the workout.
Its divided into 3 levels, level 1, level 2 and level 3 where each level should be done for 10 days. Its just 27 mins workout and hence I got motivated to give it try as it tones the body. Jillian says we may lose 10 – 20 pounds in the 30 days, but most of the people lose inches all over the body when compared to the weight loss. So first take your body measurements before starting the 30 DS. After every level or at the end do take the measurements again and compare so as to figure out how many inches you lost. I am gonna take the measurements and start it tomorrow. Wish me all the best and hope I can find some buddies to join on this.
