A very good morning to all. Hope you all had a great weekend. My weekend was spent most of the time indoors doing household chores. On Saturday as mentioned I went to gym and did a 30 min interval training on treadmill.
On Sunday we went out to Whole Foods. I love it as there are different varieties of food and other items to shop for. I walked for about an hour in whole foods and skipped the gym.
Today morning I did go to gym and did combination of Cardio and Toning. Below is the workout I followed.
Cardio + Toning
· 5 minute Warm up on treadmill
· 10 minute Jog on treadmill
· 5 minute Cool down
· 3 sets Pushups
· 3 sets Lat pull downs
· 3 sets Bicep curls
· 3 sets Triceps pushdowns with rope
· 3 sets Dumbbell front raises
I will be posting a workout schedule daily which I follow in the gym. Apart to this I also do about half an hour Zumba on Wii.
