Hi everyone… enjoying the weekend? Its been snowing/raining for us from the morning. So no plans just staying at home . Yesterday I was on track in terms of food, ate for every 3-4 hrs. with controlled portions. But couldn’t get my workout done. But I am making sure I do it today and get energized.
BF: I had Eggo Whole Grain waffles with maple syrup and strawberries and a cup of coffee.
Lunch: Broken wheat (1/3cup), amaranth stew, toor dal.
Workout plan: Brisk walk for about an hour.
I use livestrong.com for tracking food and fitness. Its pretty good so I can monitor the amount of sugar, calories, carbs. They have also an app “Myplate” which is very handy too.
Ok then got to leave, let me know how’s u all doing on this Saturday.
